Our refund policy

We do not offer discretionary refunds for completed exports, purchased gems, unused gems, subscription payments or partial billing periods. You can edit and preview your video before exporting to check the captions, graphics and framing.

This policy does not limit rights you have under applicable consumer law or the payment provider’s mandatory buyer policies. Where a refund is legally required, those rights take precedence.

If something goes wrong

If a render fails, your gem is released so you can retry. Your source video and edits remain in the current browser, subject to browser storage availability. For a duplicate charge, incorrect billing or an export that cannot be delivered, contact [email protected] with your order reference. We will review the issue and help resolve it.

Cancel a subscription

Creator and Pro renew automatically on the selected monthly or yearly schedule. Cancel future renewals in Profile → Manage billing & cancel before the next charge. Your paid period continues until its end; cancellation does not create a refund. Monthly gems do not roll over.
