Video and project data
When you upload a video, the hosted app stores the source file and edit metadata in the browser's IndexedDB on the device you use. Transcription, preview and final MP4 rendering run in that browser. Aistatine does not provide cloud backup of those project files. Clearing browser data, replacing the source video, switching devices or browser storage eviction can remove them.
Your browser may download and cache resources needed for English speech analysis. An automatically selected graphic may cause the app to search Wikimedia Commons using short visual search terms derived from the transcript, rather than uploading the full video.
Account and checkout data
Google or email sign-in is handled by Supabase Authentication. Supabase processes identifiers such as your email address and authentication session data. When you choose export, the app sends a checkout reference, your signed-in account identity and a fingerprint of the source file's basic metadata to the Aistatine Cloudflare Worker. Dodo Payments receives the details needed to host and verify checkout and acts as merchant of record for orders. Aistatine's payment database stores checkout references, account identifiers, project fingerprints, status and timestamps so one successful checkout authorizes one completed render. The app does not receive or store your complete card number.
Export feedback
If you send a reaction or comment on the Export page, we save your reaction, optional comment, signed-in account ID, source-project fingerprint, export-completed flag and creation time in Supabase. Feedback is private to your account in the app and helps us improve the editor. You can update or remove your response from the same Export page.
Service delivery, analytics and logs
Cloudflare serves the website and API and may process request logs, IP addresses and security signals as part of hosting. Aistatine uses PostHog on the production site for page and product analytics, heatmaps, error events and masked session recordings. Form inputs, visible text, video, canvas and images are excluded or masked in the recorder; PostHog may still receive usage events and technical identifiers. Supabase, Dodo Payments, PostHog and Wikimedia Commons each handle data under their own policies. The browser may also request fonts, artwork or model files needed for selected editing features.
Your choices
You can remove local project data by clearing this site's browser storage. You can sign out of the editor. For account or payment data requests, email [email protected] with enough information for us to identify the request. Deletion of local video on one device does not delete records held by payment, analytics or authentication providers.
