We do not collect telemetry, usage statistics, crash reports, or any behavioural data from the @code application unless you explicitly opt in to a future feedback programme.
When you visit this website, standard server logs may record your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. This is standard web hosting infrastructure and is used solely for security and uptime monitoring — not for marketing or profiling.
We do not currently use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics that profile individual users.

Aistatine does not use your code, prompts, or outputs to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model — whether our own or anyone else's. Because we never receive this data, it is impossible for us to use it in this way.
Because your code and prompts never leave your device, the security of your intellectual property is entirely within your control. The local model files stored on your machine are read-only and do not transmit data.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy laws — including the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Since we hold almost no personal data, these requests are typically trivial to fulfil. Contact us at ceo@aistatine.com.
Aistatine is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
