By downloading, installing, or using Aistatine ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, Aistatine grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for your personal or internal business purposes. No other rights are granted, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You may not, and may not permit or assist any third party to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or mirror the Software, its source code, models, model weights, prompts, tools, documentation, or any part thereof
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, or otherwise attempt to derive or extract the source code, underlying models, model weights, architecture, algorithms, or trade secrets of the Software
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software, its models, or tools
• Sublicense, sell, rent, lease, resell, or commercially redistribute the Software or any component of it
• Use the Software, its outputs, models, or tools to train, fine-tune, distill, or improve any machine-learning model, or to build a competing product or service
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or programmatically extract content, code, or data from the Software or this website
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any licensing, security, or technical protection measures in the Software
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

Any breach of this section automatically and immediately terminates your license, without notice, and Aistatine reserves all rights and remedies available at law and in equity, including injunctive relief and damages.

4. Privacy and Data

Aistatine is designed to run entirely on your local device. Your code, prompts, and outputs are never transmitted to our servers. We do not collect, store, or process your source code in any form.

We do not collect usage telemetry, training data, or analytics from the Software. Privacy is the default — there is nothing to opt out of.

5. Intellectual Property

The Software — including its source code, object code, models, model weights, tools, algorithms, user interface, designs, logos, trademarks, documentation, and this website — and all related intellectual property rights worldwide are and remain the exclusive property of Aistatine and its licensors, protected by copyright, trade secret, trademark, and other intellectual property laws and international treaties.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you. Code generated by the Software during your sessions is yours — we make no claim to outputs produced by the agent while running on your device.

"Aistatine" and the Aistatine logo are trademarks of Aistatine. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Aistatine does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. You use the Software at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aistatine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notice or email. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
